How does your cancellation and rescheduling policy work?<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
More than 7 days before your appointment:<\/strong> No cancellation fee.
72 hours before your appointment:<\/strong> A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total or $100 (whichever is greater) may apply.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment:<\/strong> The full service amount will be charged.
Because we reserve a dedicated appointment slot for every customer, advance notice allows us to offer that available slot to another client. Requests submitted outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
